Fantastic!

My husband & I were first time buyers, being very disheartened & unsure which way to turn we discovered Simon through a recommendation. He was most definitely the light at the end of our tunnel. Not only was he very professional throughout the whole mortgage application process of buying our first property, our sale was processed & we were moved in within six weeks with a brilliant mortgage that met all our needs! His knowledge & loyalty throughout was 10/10, We will defiantly be using Simon again in the future!

Above and beyond

We got to know Nony and the Charters team in Winchester as part of our 15 month quest to find our 'forever home' in Twyford. Nony is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and local market and works tierlessly for clients and purchasers alike. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and even though we were selling our property through another agent Nony gave us great advice about the sale of our house. This meant that when Nony called us to give us first viewing on what she was confident would be the perfect house for us we were in a position to proceed immediately.

Excellent Nony

We have purchased three properties with Nony and as always she was committed to getting the job done, and with good humour.. Excellent communication from the first telephone enquiry

Victoria was so professional and very friendly. She had all the information I needed for the property I was viewing and was very accommodating when I wanted to view the property again and then a third time which resulted in putting in an offer! Victoria has a lovely sincerity about her and I know that she is a great asset where ever she works as she just naturally wants to help. I was buying on this occasion but I wouldn't hesitate to put my property on the market with Victoria as I know she would always put her helpful enthusiasm into the given task. Thank you again!

House Valuation

My dear Dad passed away recently and we used Charters to value his house for probate purposes. I was greeted with a very smiley and professional lady who was just wonderful. I’ve never had to do anything like this before, and they made the whole process from beginning to the valuation simple and pain free. I would 100% reccomoend Charters if you’re wanting to buy, sell, rent or even get a valuation for a property. They are very professional and extremely helpful. Many thanks.
