Tom is the most committed agent I have ever met

Tom has not yet managed to find us the right property but that is a reflection of the current market conditions rather than any lack of effort on his part. He has stayed in touch on a weekly basis and always advises early on anything that might be of interest.. When it comes time to sell I only hope he is covering my area.

Buying a property in Winchester

My wife and I called on Saturday 2nd December without an appointment into four Estate Agents to discuss buying a property in Winchester. Of the four we visited, Liz Pauls came out head and shoulders above the others in the way she greeted us on arrival, discussed our requirements and very helpfully handled our enquiry.

Helpful and clear

Kevin was a great help in advising us on our mortgage options but, more than that, he was brilliantly clear in explaining the mechanics and technicalities in such a way that we could understand - he also had the patience to talk through a number of different potential offers along the way, up until the point that we found the perfect place. Would recommend him highly and work with him again - he took a good deal of the stress out of the process.
