The sales team are extremely
The sales team are extremely helpful. When I first started looking, I wasn't too sure what exactly it was that I wanted. They sat me down, and asked me for my key requirements. I was shown two different style properties within my price range, which actually helped me decide what type of property I wanted. A great service, and friendly staff.

I've just bought a property through the Willesden Green office and found the Sales Department very helpful, knowledgable of the area and extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone and will also be using them in the future.

My Partner and I have just
My Partner and I have just agreed a sale on our property through the Willesden Green office. When we decided that we wanted to move, we invited three agents round to value our flat, one of those being Ellis & Co. I found them to be very professional, honest and down to earth. They sat us down, and asked us what we wanted. What our expectations of an agent were, then they started to explain the service the provided. This really impressed me as I had never really thought about it from that angle before. I had always thought about the best valuation and the cheapest fee. During the valuation, we were told that we should expect offers within the first 4-6 weeks of being on the market. We were on the market for 18 days when we accepted the offer that we were happy with. I'm very impressed! It's still early days yet, but fingers crossed the sale goes through as smoothly as possible. I'll keep you all posted!

This office were fantastic. I
This office were fantastic. I must admit, we were on the market with another agent at first but were very disatisfied with the level of service that we were receiving. We spoke to Damien who arranged an appointment immediately to see our property. He gave us some sound advice and pointed out where we were going wrong. We felt very confident in him and the office, so instructed them right away. Through out the whole process, we were given feedback after every viewing. And Damien was always trying to come up with new ideas and different ways of trying make our property stand out. Eventually we agreed a sale which Damien negotiated on extremely well, achieving £25,000 more than the initial offer. I would HIGHLY recommend this office as I know too well, they always provide a top service! Well done guys.

Following a personal
Following a personal recommendation, I gave my flat to Ellis & Co, the Willesden Green office, quite a few years ago now and their service has been superb. The place has been empty only a few days in the whole time they have had it and it has been really well looked after by a succession of excellent professional tenants. I can highly recommend them to any potential landlord as you will be very well looked after.

I have used the Willesden
I have used the Willesden Green office for over 10 years to manage my portfolio of rented properties and I can honestly say I couldn't exist without them. I have enjoyed having a massive amount of stress taken away by their profficient and professional management team. I seriously worry about nothing as my interests are always first and foremost, top rents achieved, void periods are kept to a minimum and maintenance issues dealt with quickly to ensure happy tenants and well looked after properties. One of the best decisions I have ever made. I wouldn't dream of using any other agent in the area and cannot recommend them more highly to other Landlords who may not be getting the level of service they expect or are paying for.

I used the WIllesden office
I used the WIllesden office to assist with the purchase of a property. My contact, Damien, was very informative, flexible and returned calls if i left messages. As an experienced property investor, good communication is a key element, good news or bad i need to be kept informed with acturate information. Damien was excellent in this respect and no matter what day or time he kept me informed. This was my first encounter with Ellis & Co and i hope to have serveral more in the future.

We used Ellis & Co, Willesden, to sell our grandmother's flat. Damien and Peter were always helpful, but when things got complicated, Damien went above and beyond the call of duty. He was a tremendous help to our family and we'll always be grateful to him for everything he did.

We sold our grandmother's
We sold our grandmother's house through Ellis in Willesden. There were several beneficiaries, most of us living outside the UK, and Sales Manager Damien Ellison and his colleague Peter were fantastic in every way, from finding a buyer, keeping us informed of the process, and being tremendously helpful. The sale got a bit complicated due to the Landlord but Damien stayed on top of everything for us, which we were so thankful for as we were not there. I was so impressed and thankful to Damien that I would recommend him for Agent of the Year!
