For more than ten years the

For more than ten years the Ellis team in the Walm Lane. Willesden, branch looked after my flat, and the tenants, with such warm-spirited and reassuring efficiency that I,living abroad, rarely had to give any thought to the maintenance of the flat or the care of tenants. The accounting was always impeccable and, when I finally decided to sell the flat, the Walm Lane team could not have been more helpful. For their close attention I would give them a five-star rating.

I have been dealing with the

I have been dealing with the Willesden Branch for the last 3 years and have had no issues what so ever. I was a first time landlord when i first approached Ellis and Co in Willesden and they guided me through the whole process step by step. They also promised good tennants and no void periods whcih is exactly what they delivered. I cannot recommend them enough.

Peter Stinson has been

Peter Stinson has been letting and managing my flat for the past 6 years - during this time the flat has never been empty for longer than three days. I receive my monthly statements on time each month, any works required are done quickly and competively and I receive yearly increases in rent without even having to ask. More than happy to continue my relationship with them and would highly recommend them

I am a tenant who has been

I am a tenant who has been renting for 9 months and I have found the service from all members of staff to be polite, respectful and helpful. Very comforting to know that in an emergency there is a quick response and tenants are well cared for. Well done!

My partner and I have been

My partner and I have been tenants of a property managed by the Willesden branch of Ellis for almost 18 months and we have found their service to be excellent. Ellis are very speedy in providing repairs and answering questions and were more than happy to replace the lounge carpet when we renewed our lease. We waited a long time for a major window repair last winter, but that was the only time we have ever had to ask them twice for anything. Overall they are excellent managers who respond quickly to queries and go out of their way to help us. The lettings team were also far more friendly and communicative than any of the other lettings agents we dealt with when flathunting, which was another bonus.

We own a flat in Willesden

We own a flat in Willesden Green which has been rented out and managed by Ellis & Co. at Walm Lane since 2005. We have been very happy with the way they have looked after our interests. Margaret is my main contact and she has always dealt with any problems quickly and efficiently. We live abroad, and only recently met Peter and Damien, but were pleased with their positive and helpful attitude...

Ellis & Co has managed my

Ellis & Co has managed my property for the past 5 years while I have been resident overseas. Most importantly, I TRUST Margaret to do the right thing by me and by my tenants. In my experience, this is not something that comes along too often in our business relationships! It has given me peace of mind to know my property is being actively managed; in the past 5 years, I cannot think of one occasion where I have been unhappy or dissatisfied with their performance. A happy customer!

I've been a tenant with Ellis
