We have used Ellis & Co, willesden Green for the past 6 years and overall as Landlords we have been very happy with their services. They are quick to inform us of any concerns or problems from our tenants, they pay promptly on time every month and the flat has always been occupied from the first time we decided to let the property. We feel confident that our property is being managed well by Ellis & Co and this takes away the stress and pressure of being a Landlord – Thank You!

Ellis & Co. Walm Lane
Ellis & Co. Walm Lane have been managing my flat in Willesden Green for the last 20 years. Am completely happy with their service which is very personal, responsive, helpful, etc. etc. Hence staying with them. It means I can be away/live anywhere and know that any issues that do arise will be handled by them and their quick and reasonably priced suppliers - I need to do almost nothing except agree to the odd thing being done (repairs etc.). That's what you want from a lettings agent.

We consider our agents as the primary address for advice and assistance. it is a bunch of people who provide a good fight, to the not always complementary reputation of the trade...

Ellis & Co at Willesden
Ellis & Co at Willesden Green have successfully managed my properties and lettings for the past 12 years. My properties are always let without delay and any without subsequent tenant incidents as they have a thorough tenant pre-selection process. They are always very prompt in resolving my queries and my tenants issues as they arise. They proactively suggest the best course of action when any repair problem arises, providing 3 quotations for any significant work needed to be done. Ellis and Co at Willesden Green are a very professional, first class property lettings & management team who I would strongly recommend to any landlord who was thinking of using them.

I have been renting for 4
I have been renting for 4 months now and must say that I'm very happy with their service, we have had a couple of issues with the building that had been sorted out within hours... Very efficient... It feels great to know that you guys are there if something goes wrong, Thanks.

I have used Ellis & Co as
I have used Ellis & Co as letting agents since purchasing my property in Dollis Hill nearly ten years ago. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and they have dealt with any problems quickly and efficiently. They have also managed to let my flat at a competitive rate through the highs and lows of the letting market. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any landlord.

I have used Ellis & Co. as letting & management agents since November 2004. Over the 7 years I have had 2 tenants with only one vacant month. Very good service, promt payment & friendly staff. I can highly recommend the Walm Lane Office of Ellis & Co.

I have been living at my property for approximately 5 years and one of the main reasons for my long stay is because Ellis & Co have been absolutely fantastic. If it's a pipe getting blocked or I have left my keys in the office, they do anything they can and quickly. I hope they will be the people I buy my first property in London through!

I was recommended Ellis &
I was recommended Ellis & Co (Willesden branch) by my mum's plumber who had a couple of properties with them and he said they were very good, so when I let my flat after getting married I contacted the Willesden Green branch and the manager came to view the property, even though it was slightly out of the area that they covered. I signed up with them straight away and suffice to say I have been with them coming up to six-and-a-half years and they are brilliant. The tenants are happy and well looked after by the agents, I have had no problems or issues at all, any repair/maintenance work is undertaken swiftly and professionally by the agents. Margaret Nolan has been fantastic and very helpful to deal with. I am at ease knowing that my property is in good hands, all the stress & worry of looking after tenants and a rental property has been taken from me. I would highly recommend Ellis & Co (Willesden) and very much hope to continue working with them in the years to come.
