Ellis and Co Willesden Green have been our letting and managing agents for over 12 years. Their service to us and our tenants over this time has always been prompt and responsive and often beyond expectation. This, together with their project managing of significant refurbishment works has made being a long term overseas absentee landlord workable and dare I say enjoyable!

Excellent estate agent who
Excellent estate agent who provided top service throughout my recent property purchase from beginning to end. Sales Manager Ross White is clearly experienced and knowledgeable in property sales and was a pleasure to work with. I would fully recommend this agency for anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Ross provided a truly
Ross provided a truly professional approach. It's always nerve racking and stressful buying or selling a home. Ross kept us informed of progress at every stage and his experience and knowledge really did come through. He offered advice and pointed us the right direction when we were unsure of anything. Our house was sold within a couple of weeks of it going on the market.

Spent some time looking for
Spent some time looking for the "right" property. Ross was also very helpful and never put me under any pressure. I made an offer and it was accepted on the same day. There were a few issues with the solicitors and again Ross worked hard to iron out any issues and speed people along. Overall things went very smoothly and I would highly recommend Elis and Co as a very reputable agency.

I great service provided by
I great service provided by the Manager, Mr Ross White. I'm genuinely extremely high maintenance by nature but this didn't defer Ross. He was fast, efficient with my daily enquiries and questions. I found Ross White very informative and helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing our first property. Ross was fundamental to driving things forward and was always on hand to keep us up to speed. We were very happy with the service provided and felt lucky to have Ross managing our purchase.

Brilliant service, brilliant
Brilliant service, brilliant people. Small team so you always know who you are dealing with and they react quickly. We rented through them for a year and sadly had to move out when the landlord wanted his place back. We now rent through a large national lettings agent up the road who are appalling. With Ellis and Co. you know where you stand, the tenancy agreement is really simple to understand and when you have a problem you're dealing with a decision maker not a paper pusher. If you're moving to Willesden GReen you can't go far wrong with choosing Ellis and Co.

From enquiry through to completion, I'd just like to say what a great experience I've had as a tenant with Ellis & Co. Both Peter & Margaret have been great communicators. Id just like to say what a
Id just like to say what a great experience I've had as a tenant with Ellis & Co and Margaret Nolan in particular. When any problems arose, these were address quickly. And if they couldn't be address quickly, i was kept in the loop as to why things were taking a little longer. After a 6 year tenancy, that's pretty amazing. Margaret is true asset to both a tenant and property owner.

When I was looking for a good
When I was looking for a good lettings agent in Willesden Green area. Two people recommended Peter Stinson. After engaging with Peter and his team for the last two months I am really impressed with the service. In summary they are very professional, dependable people and demonstrate a very high sense of ownership. They will do what they promise and you get what you see. So, full marks.
