We had to find a house to rent at short notice, near our little one's school and Northwood helped us find somewhere that we're quite happy with. It wasn't an entirely easy process and there was quite a lot that I hadn't experienced before and wasn't happy about - paying extra for a pet, getting tenant's insurance etc. I felt very bullied into moving within 4 weeks which with a little one, a puppy and a full time job was not easy. It made the move unnecessarily stressful to be honest. That said, Kim answered all of our questions and was quick to come back to us explaining everything clearly and was really helpful in helping us sort things out to move in. She couldn't have been more helpful in allaying our concerns and answering our (many) questions! Northwood did a really thorough job and I received much more in the way of documentation than I have done previously so would use again.
