REAL BAD.

Viewed a property with Nigel Cooke on a Monday, and put an offer in of £2k over the asking price. Nigel called me the next morning to say he had talked through with the vendor and if we were to up the offer by £1,000 the offer would be accepted. We did that and the offer was accepted, I happily went off to arrange the mortgage and gather paperwork, as directed by Cooke & Co. We signed up to their recommendation for conveyancing and solicitor too. All good. The next day I get a call from Claire to tell us that 'the vendor has accepted another offer from another buyer'. Alarm bells ringing now. 'How can this happen Claire? You told me yesterday they had accepted my offer, and the property was taken off the market.''Well Mr Robson, we acted in your best interest. Sorry Claire, how is selling the property to another person in my best interest when you told me my offer was accepted yesterday? Well Mr Robson, this can happen all they way up to exchange.' Just be honest.

Worst estate agent in the north east

Trying to get them to show up to a viewing is too hard for this estate agents sorry I'll rephrase they won't bother to turn up or call you if they have had a offer on a property. Shocking I will never even view a property with this agent and I certainly wouldn't trust them to sell my house.

Bad customer service

I never been so disappointed in this estate agents. There rude and unhelpful and don't know how to do there jobs. For buyer do not go to this estate agents as they don't know what there talking about. They mess you around and they are only interested in money for them self. Buyer beware don't go to this estate agent. A joke

Unfortunately the experience of this estate agents is poor. Today we had prearranged to view a property in Shiremoor. We duly turned up at the appointed time only to be told by the current owner that they've accepted a bid this very day. Which is all good and well buy for the slight problem of not being informed by the estate agent that this had been done. Having dealt with agents in the in both capacity of selling and buying property we were always kept up to date on anything that happened as with today's incident. We phone the agents to find out why this has happened without any call to update us only to be palmed off with some lame excuse and say the person was out when clearly it was the person we dealt with at the start. You would think in today's society that a businesses would be more diligent in dealing with prospective customers that to just do that. Surley courtesy and politeness is the hallmark of any company and not to be dumped once you've got your commission. This is bad and does not bode well as company to me and that of my friends that will be sharing this. All you have needed to do was phone up tell us of the situation and that would be that. But no!!.
