Steer well clear, if you are looking to sell you'll be lucky too. If you're looking to buy you'll be lucky too. Compulsive liers, withold important information, don't respond to emails, too scared to answer the phone. Amazing that a company like this is still in business. Told us we could move in, in December. Didn't mention the current tenants aren't moving out until February though. No customer care. Can't stress this enough LOOK ELSEWHERE Response. Multiple calls were avoided and not responded to and even after they emailed you to say they were pulling out the manager still didn't respond via a call or email and to top that off Brockenhurst emailed them with a 'suitable property' being the one they were due to purchase and were let down.

Hi Darren, I’m saddened to read your review and I understand that you must know or be related to, the purchaser? I mention this as you are not party to this transaction we do not know who you are. You are correct when you say that the aim was to move in December , but the tenant living in the property simply changed their mind and would not move out as agreed. This has caused significant upset for our client (the seller) as well as the buyer (your friend/relative?) and is a very unfortunate situation. We sympathise with the buyers, 100%. I can sense your frustration, but it isn’t true that calls weren’t responded to and infact the buyer’s solicitor confirmed the purchaser’s withdrawal from the transaction 4 weeks ago. It is extremely upsetting when people change their minds and other peoples lives are affected, but neither we, your sellers or the solicitors had any control over this. I understand that the buyers have now found a suitable new home and we wish them well.

Very difficult to deal with, no response to emails, and really quite unprofessional. The particular estate agent we dealt with did not seem too fussed about selling the house!

If I could give this less than a one star, I would! We feel highly disappointed by the team at Brockenhurst in Whitchurch. Having valued our property at one price with keen enthusiasm that we would sell, we were then repeatedly told to lower the price as it was unrealistic and nobody would look at it for that amount. The team are quite deceitful and if they had been honest with us from the very start, we may have accepted some of the earlier lower offers we received. We soon found them to be fake and even on occasions extremely rude, instantly dismissing our ideas of how we could gain more potential buyers for our property, and David trying to usher you off of the phone calls when you had important questions which needed to be answered, I have never had the displeasure of speaking to someone so rude. There was also a strong lack of communication on their part and it was constantly upon us to phone up in order to receive any feedback from viewings. They don't understand clear instructions either. We had asked for our invoice and contract on multiple occasions across a lengthy period but were completely ignored or told that they would send them but never did until we decided to remove the property with them. In addition we were also told that there were no other agents out there to sell for us... A totally desperate and clear bid to stop us from taking our custom elsewhere. If you value your property and would like to deal with professionals who offer a fantastic service, you should absolutely unequivocally avoid Brockenhurst like the plague.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Worst Estate Agency I have ever come across. Where do i begin: slow, aggressive, immoral and incompetent. Avoid them like the plague.
