Two missed appointments due to agents being late, claiming they were delayed at previous viewing, which made us feel we weren't worth their time. Very little contact once a buyer was found (none for two months prior to move) unlike the agent we bought through who spoke to us weekly. For the amount of money they were paid, we expected a lot better.

I have great concerns about how this Estate Agents treat the eldery, with bullying and intimidation tactics. My request to speak to the MD about these concerns has been ignored.
