Sale of house December 2019 We decided to put our house on the market earlier in the year. Duncan personally arranged everything – we could not have been in safer hands. Within 2 weeks everything was good-to-go with regards the sale; a buyer was found very quickly, but my husband’s planned surgery then had to take priority. The sale had to be halted for a number of weeks. After my husband’s recovery we were back on the market, with Duncan Perry, a new buyer was found, purchase agreed and offer made on our next home. Our offer was accepted and solicitors were engaged. Then disaster, cancer problem, we had to cancel everything. We fully expected to pay estate agent fees – Duncan would not take a payment. We fully expected to pay solicitor fees – the solicitor would not take a payment either. We cannot praise Duncan Perry enough for his understanding and professionalism. Mr & Mrs Grahame
I have moved 4 times now in the last decade and have always used Duncan Perry. They have not only found me what I was looking for but got me the price I was looking for for the sale of my properties. I can only say !st Class and thank you.

Responsive and gets things done. I was with another agent for 6 months and only had 12 viewings. With Duncan I had an offer within a few days and he was proactive in helping get the transaction through.

We recently sold our property with Duncan Perry. Even though our house took over a year to sell - the bottom of the chain broke down twice - Duncan Perry were professional, energetic and supportive all the way through the process. Highly recommended.
