Sale of house December 2019 We decided to put our house on the market earlier in the year. Duncan personally arranged everything – we could not have been in safer hands. Within 2 weeks everything was good-to-go with regards the sale; a buyer was found very quickly, but my husband’s planned surgery then had to take priority. The sale had to be halted for a number of weeks. After my husband’s recovery we were back on the market, with Duncan Perry, a new buyer was found, purchase agreed and offer made on our next home. Our offer was accepted and solicitors were engaged. Then disaster, cancer problem, we had to cancel everything. We fully expected to pay estate agent fees – Duncan would not take a payment.
