Charlotte has been a dream to work with, helping us with everything from organising electric and gas inspections, securing us our new tenants, to organising a gardener to spruce up the property. Excellent service from a local Estate Agency where the team all understood the market and what was required to bring in an out of area buyer and cope with various challenges linked to Land Registry Charges and Bank Mortgages not drawn up correctly. All parties wanted the same outcome - a successful sale/purchase, which is what happened. In less experienced hands the deal might have been delayed or lost! Very well done.
