We have had a great experience dealing with Duncan Perry Estate Agents over the past 2 years . Very responsive , efficient and courteous . Sarah , Sue and Dave have been especially helpful since we started using this establishment .Definitely reccomended. Nikhil Doshi

I just completed on my first purchase through Duncan Perry and I cannot express how amazing Duncan was to deal with. He was very helpful and met me at my property several times when I wanted to check it over. He was prompt at responding to my calls and emails and I was very happy with his friendly approach and service. Thank you again.

Duncan Perry handled a commercial property sale for me. From start to finish he provided an excellent service and I would have no hesitancy in recommending him to anyone. If there were six stars he would get them!

Very efficient and friendly service, thank you.

I found Mr David Lovett very helpful and supportive in the selling of my late father's property. He was communicative and helpful in visiting the property as I live some distance away. A positive experience for me with very little recent knowledge of selling a property.

As the buyer Jo kept me in touch with the upward chain. I highly recommend this very professional estate agency. If I ever sell this house they will definitely be my preferred agency. Thank you Duncan Perry

The staff at Duncan Perry have been professional and efficient from our first meeting and throughout the sale process . David was extremely knowledgeable about the current market place and ensured that our property had a very high standard advertisement. We were very grateful to Jo for ensuring that the communication between our buyer and solicitor was maintained to a successful exchange.

After a bad experience with a different Estate Agent, we listed our property with Duncan Perry and also bought a property listed by them. We were very happy with their service and we finally sold it quickly and found our new home. Very professional, friendly and respectful staff and always willing to help and advise us immediately. I can’t recommend it more!

Sale in feb 2020. Duncan and his team were extremely helpful with advice and getting any problems resolved quickly. Will use again and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fast hassle free sale or purchase.
