Charlotte has been amazing. She provided a truly personal experience. I was so well supported throughout all the trials and tribulations of selling and buying. She was extremely pro-active and super quick at getting things sorted out with solicitors and estate agents. A “real person”, she was always there at the end of the phone or responding to messages, including outside of regular business hours - unlike my previous experiences of officious agents “not at their desk” or waiting hours for a return call. I cannot recommend her highly enough - her business ethics, efficiency, marketing and personal service are amazing. 5*

Adrian was incredibly helpful throughout the whole purchase process. Always proactively communicated any updates, always answered my questions very clearly and gave me great advice.
