I must be really thankful to Duncan Perry Estate Agents for finding me the best and most suitable home for me & my wife. We have been in this country for a short time (from Sri Lanka). We were welcomed so well by the staff. Everything worked as promised. Mr. Ben Kingsley was the gentleman who helped us arrange the viewing. He was very calm and briefed us about the property. He was absolutely accurate to the dot about the property. Ensured a smooth transition. I had to wait for my employment references for quite some time. Mrs. Sarah explained the situation to the landlord and helped me keep the property. Letting a house is a great deal for foreigners like us in the UK. The professionalism, understanding, and kindness of Duncan Perry's staff align well with British values. They were very proactive in the maintenance of the house too.
