We honestly cannot recommend Emily highly enough. The whole process of selling and buying took nearly a year, and we were in the middle of a five-property chain. She was the absolute glue holding it all together - I genuinely believe the transaction would have fallen through without her. She went above and beyond throughout and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving, especially when progress slowed. Communication was exceptional from start to finish: regular updates, incredibly quick responses, and total transparency. She even said herself it was one of the toughest transactions she’s ever dealt with, and our solicitor also praised her highly for how on top of everything she was. At viewings she was kind, calm and professional - no sales talk - and always arrived early to make sure the house was ready. After such a long and stressful process, having someone this reliable and proactive made all the difference. We’re extremely grateful.
