Worst experience I had in my entire life, they used a company called GoodLord for references who did not look at whole entire income because staff do not know what they are doing, they are unhelpful towards single parents and legitimate hardworking people. The staff come across rude, disrespectful, obnoxious, if your fake and full of nonsense they certainly will take you on good luck if your thinking of them being your estate agent. Absolutely very unprofessional.
