Paramount have been great work with. Good communicators, knowledgable across the selling process and very helpful when needed. They were very conscientious regarding times to show flat as we have young children. This was really helpful.

Am renting a property through Paramount and I have never had such a positive experience with a letting agent that is not only transparent, communicative, and helpful; but that also goes above and beyond for the tenant (from the Just Move In complentary service for setting up with new providers, to the Paramount retailer discount benefits account, to a QR code in the flat to easily report any problems). I noticed immediately that Paramount was “different” to other agents when I started looking on right move - at first I found it a little strange but quickly realised that it was amazing to hear what a current or previous resident loved about a property and what they would change, and started hoping that Paramount was the agent when I saw a property I liked!
