Paramount helped us buy our first property ever in November 2022 and we are very happy with their service; it has set a benchmark for property agent expectations for us. Paramount were helpful from the outset. I contacted them about two properties and managed to secure a viewing on the same day. Immediately loved the property and Ollie took the time to explain the property and features/suppliers etc. to me during the viewing even whilst others looked around. Cory and Ollie then swiftly assisted with the letting offer process, providing advice and then very cheerfully letting us know when we were successful. Absolutely great from start to finish! We have been looking all over London for the last 4 months as out there the market can be a jungle and after been experiencing many struggles and have dealt with cowboy agents we have came across Paramount which finally let us feel looked after. We were able to secure and move in a brand new property within a week and we could not be happier. A big shout goes to Cory Devayya who did not mind to run the extra mile with an out of hours viewing, and give the best advices as well as Adam for the smooth negotiation and Kaitlin who was super professional and responsive throughout all the reference process and the signing of the contract. I've just completed on my first flat and I am extremely grateful to have been with Paramount for the process, as they have been absolutely fantastic! All in all everything was swift, communication was excellent, and I felt everything was handled with honesty, care and attention - which I'm sure is not often the case. Although I dealt with a few people along the way (all of whom were lovely), Jamie in particular has been brilliant. I honestly couldn't fault the effort he put in to keep everything running smoothly. As a first-time buyer I was a bit nervous at times and had lots of questions, but nothing was too much for him and he dealt with all my questions patiently and thoroughly.
