My property has been let out and managed through Paramount for over twenty years. They provide a consistently excellent service. All of the staff who I deal with are professional, efficient and always go the extra mile to provide a really great service. The team are friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions however small. In addition they've helped me to maintain my property by organising renovations which have really improved the flat, ensuring it's a great place for tenants to live. I am based several hours away from the property so it's reassuring to have Paramount on hand if any issues arise. Ok .... Used these guys first in 1997 to buy my flat, then my 2nd in 2001, then my 3rd in 2004. Since then got to know pretty much the whole team with sales ( Lionel esp ) and lettings team , both are in a different class of their own ( Spencer and Dexter esp ), more recently the Maintanance team ( Jit and his guys also ). Fast forward to 2020 - they manage my rentals ( the ones above ), always find me great tenants ( unlike bad experiences I had with their competitors in the past ), do all my Maintanance and refurbs( high quality ). The firm has grown and their office is 3x as large as it was when I first met them. Very easy to see why - personal service , they care for their clients and always try to go a step further. If u want no hassle and honest service with a smile here u have it. Don’t bother with the others on the street - trust me!
