We've worked with Lionel Stoll of Paramount Properties when purchasing a flat in the summer of 2019 as well as selling in 2021. Throughout both processes Lionel did a great job of keeping on top of it all. Always polite and with the right amount of push Lionel had all parties involved moving through the twists and turns to the finish line.

Whole renting process was relatively painless and straightforward. Dexter offered to do a video call viewing as we were self-isolating and was very friendly and informative. Then Janki was really helpful and patient in getting all the paperwork sorted. Renting also comes with some good perks like free Just Move In. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Paramount was amazing from our first enquiry. Dexter was incredibly accommodating at finding a time for our viewing that worked around our difficult schedules meaning we could view the property as soon as possible and we fell in love with it immediately. He was super quick at communicating our offer form and clear on all our costs and the journey with paramount. We chose a property that had furniture that we did not require and so agreed we could pay to put it in storage - Dexter was so incredibly kind in letting us know that this year they would instead like to donate the cost of the storage to Macmillan Cancer Support - the charity that I work for. This was a really heartwarming gesture and shows how personable Paramount is. We were then passed over to Janki who was so incredibly thorough with all the steps for our move (as an overly organised person with OCD tendencies this made the entire process so much less stressful for me). I cannot fault anything so far with Paranount. The perks we receive as well are such a wonderful addition and really shows that Paramount genuinely care about their clients getting the most from their experiences. We’re certain we will always use Paramount for as long as we live in an area that they cover and would love to one day purchase our first property through them.

The property was marketed extremely well and resulted in c. 15 - 20 viewings in the space of three days, before going to best and final offers within two weeks of being listed. This was the best moving process we have had, Janki and Dexter were amazing and so helpful. The day before we were due to move Dexter sent us a video showing everything that they had done to the flat and wished us luck with the move. Easily contactable the whole time, went out of the way to ask the landlord any questions we had before we signed the agreement and did anything they could to make the process as smooth as possible. Communication was great throughout and Paramount were always on hand for calls. They were great during the sales process providing good updates. They got a great price for my flat, the agents are very freindly, down to earth and not salesy which made everything easier. I would 100% recommend!
