I sold my property with Paramount and would highly recommend them. They're a stress-free firm that get things sorted out. There were three elements where I think they worked really well during the sale process; initial meeting, sale posting and pushing the sale along. The initial meeting was great. Lionel has been in the industry for many years and has a very calm approach to getting the property valued and on the market. Sale posting - Photos were stunning. The video and a hosted video walkthrough really made the property shine. Our buyers really did feel like their visit was a second viewing. Pushing the sale through and along to exchange - Jamie was resolute in keeping track of how all parties were progressing with documents and information exchange. This was the hardest bit of the process. Props to Jamie.

Selling your property has to go down as one of the most stressful things you will ever do (beaten only by buying) but you will have a better experience with Paramount than other local agents. When you approach Paramount for the first time, you will notice how professional and slick their sales pitch is, compared to others. Once on board, you then have entire team that are very friendly and hardworking in your corner. After putting a sale on pause post lockdown, Paramount kept my details and once the market for flats heated up, Jamie called me to see if I was still interesting in listing my flat. We were on the market within a couple of days and straight in with viewings and an acceptable offer. Unfortunately, the buyer pulled out last minute due to a change in circumstance, but Jamie was straight back to it, and within days had more offers, which went to best and finals. I write this review whilst taking a break from packing as we complete in 2 days time. I suggest you ask for Jamie - he’s responsive, friendly and top notch at chasing everyone involved (buyer, solicitors etc). He won’t let you down and will get your sale over the line. Paramount (Jamie Jacobs) were fantastic. Having changed from a not-so-successful estate agents, Paramount managed to arrange viewings quickly and had secured 2 offers shortly after. This required no chasing on my part and the whole process thereafter was efficient and well-communicated at all times.

Jamie at Paramount was the selling agent on my first property purchase and he was fantastic throughout the whole process. I found him genuine and polite in all the interactions we had. He was very mindful of parties’ time. He did all he could to move the transaction forward at speed but was never pushy nor pressurizing in his approach. He was consistent and determined to always find the best solution not only for the seller but for both parties. Following completion, Jamie was able to recommend some tradesmen for building/decoration works which was extremely helpful. The bottle of champagne with a ribbon and keys attached to it and a congratulations note on completion was such a nice gesture and really a cherry on the top. I would definitely choose Jamie and Paramount for any future property dealings!

We finally completed the sale of our property but it was not without its challenges due to things beyond our control. Throughout the months, the Paramount team worked hard to make sure that we could get this over the line because we were nearing a deadline that would have jeopardised the whole sale. A special thank you to Jamie Jacobs! Jamie was an excellent communicator and always had our best interests at heart. He was highly knowledgeable and a great problem solver who went above and beyond to help us overcome some tough challenges in the process. I had a great experience with Paramount West Hampstead - the agency and particularly Dan, has been very professional and helpful along all the pathway. We had some issues with the seller and the lender and the sale agent has been brilliant and really cared for us to succeed helping in any possible way, including working when on leave or bank holidays.
