The sales negotiator Jamie Jacobs was very helpful throughout the process, more helpful than the lawyers when it came to negotiations between myself and the seller. It was down to his work and his recommendations of surveyors and solicitors that we were able to get the purchase completed in 2 weeks with less hassle than most transactions that take months.
