Paramount represented the buyer when I purchased the property 5 years ago. I have used them for my rental management since then and all their reps have been very helpful and responsive to emails. They also acted for me when I sold the property a few weeks ago. Jamie was dealing with the sale and Holly managed the rental side and tenant. Both were extremely helpful and efficient and always tried their best to resolve issues on both sides so that the sale was not delayed. We highly recommend Dexter, he project managed our renovation after we had rented our property for many years and then decided to put on the market for sale. Dexter has excellent communication skills, keeping us informed throughout the project, was always quick to respond to any of our questions. The renovation was high quality, beautiful finishings and all for a reasonable price. Overall 5/5 stars. We worked closely with Jamie to sell our property, Jamie is professional and knows the market really well.
