Immediately loved the property and Ollie took the time to explain the property and features/suppliers etc. to me during the viewing even whilst others looked around. Cory and Ollie then swiftly assisted with the letting offer process, providing advice and then very cheerfully letting us know when we were successful. From then on we were looked after by Janki who helped us through the referencing and signing process, all of which was seamless with their great tenancy platform online too. I would definitely recommend paramount and hope to use them again in future as they are perhaps the most organised and approachable agent I’ve ever gone through!

Paramount, estate agents like no other. I messaged Dexter on a bank holiday Monday 8th May, around 7.30pm, expecting to hear back the next day - instead we'd exchanged enough messages to allow both me to submit an offer and also have the landlord accept - around an hour later. I then dealt with Janki who carried on at the same, excellent pace, getting all of the necessary information across to me and ultimately allowing me to move into the property at break-neck speed.

Dexter, who kindly showed us the property, gave us a good insight of the features and appliances of the flat. He was professional and close enough for us to trust the property and the company. Having had a good experience with Paramount when I purchased my flat six years ago, I returned to them to sell it.
