We sold our house with Move Revolution Nutfield, and the team provided excellent knowledge, advice, communication and commitment to us as clients. Having done my own in depth local market research beforehand, I interviewed 4 different local estate agents. Lydia was head and shoulders above the others, with straightforward, clear communication and superb speed at which she was able to move things forward for us. The whole team offered outstnading knowledge, experience and excellent management of the sale, which was invaluable to us as sellers. The price listed was accurate considering other similar properties in the area, and within 8 days we had received 12 offers (8 initial offers + 4 revised offers), with the final offer well above asking price. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen events, the buyer was unable to continue with the purchase close to the point of exchange, and we had to relist. However, this was done by the team within hours of the buyer pulling out, and within 5 days, we had 8 further offers, selling the house at an even higher price than the original buyer, thanks to the quick, proactive work carried out by Lydia, Harvey and Sky. Danielle in Sales progression offered fantastic, regular updates, moving things along with professionalism and pace, resulting in completion within 8 weeks. Finally, we wouldn't necessarily go with an estate agent recommended solicitor, however we did on this occasion and this had a significant impact on the very impressive speed at which we were able to complete.
