Having moved our property portfolio to Paramount nearly a year ago, we've seen an increase in income of >36% (rents now inline with other local similar properties), and by being proactive with property maint. a significant reduction in expenditure. I'd like to take credit for the above and pat myself on the back, but, Paramount have done all the work. The team will work with you to agree a strategy and then help with the implementation.
