We sold our flat in Swiss Cottage with Paramount in April this year and were pleased with the honest feedback and expectation of sale price. We ended up with offers really quickly. Particular thanks to Jamie for all his help and support - definitely recommend working with Jamie and team.

Paramount looked after my property for over 10 years. I really appreciated their efficiency in managing it and making sure any issue (and all the necessary gas safety, electrical checks etc) were taken care of promptly. I must give a special mention to my most recent property manger, Alessandro (Sandro) Lucatello, who was not only super friendly and a real pleasure to deal with, but excellent at getting things organized, dealing with the back & forth that can sometimes occur with more complex projects, and making sure everything was handled with as little stress on me as possible. He did everything with a great attitude which really makes a difference. Overall a great company, would highly recommend

I have had a great experience buying through paramount. Jamie was attentive to any queries I had during the conveyancing process and communicating with the seller to negotiate terms during the process. Jamie also pushed to get things resolved in a timely manner where he could.

I had a great experience working with Jamie at Paramount. From the outset, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and even showed me properties before they officially came onto the market that were well aligned with my requirements. Jamie was patient, knowledgeable about the local area, and always willing to answer questions or offer advice throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and the whole operation felt very organised and professionally run. Although I didn't ultimately end up purchasing a property through Paramount, Jamie was a pleasure to work with from start to finish - friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Jamie and Paramount to anyone looking to buy in the area.
