Update: Hi again Maria, we've looked into your check out and we have to say we are more confused than before. Your landlord incurred costs so that you wouldn't have to, and your only deduction was the agreed cleaning. All correspondence that we have record of seems to have been positive, so we are finding it difficult to get a clear picture of where we could have done better.
