Dear Reader; I should like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the excellent professionalism, responsiveness and aptitude exhibited by the Property Manager Tash Hearn during my 1.5 years renting with Paramount Properties Ltd. Ms Hearn is an asset to the company being both enterprising and genuine in her determination to exceed expectations with a 'can-do' attitude that time and again 'carried the day'. My tenancy occurred during the Covid Pandemic and Ms Hearn was also responsibly and appropriately compassionate when I faced some unforeseen difficulties borne of the public health emergency. In addition, her colleague Mr Pevovar was tirelessly helpful, diligent and tremendously efficient. At a time of extraordinary pressures facing humankind due to the novel Coronavirus, both Ms Hearn and Mr Pevovar were wonderful in the stewardship of my tenancy.
