Update- I have now sold a flat through Paramount (as well as previously had them managing tenants and leasing of my flat) and I can't recommend Paramount highly enough. They just do things differently and better. Despite being based overseas and in a different timezone, the team went out of their way to communicate with me and involve me in the process. Everyone there works as a highly efficient team with their own specialty areas. Very grateful for the help of Adam, Harrison Jamie, Mehul, Sandro and Suzanne for all their help with the sale and getting the flat ready and Spencer for helping manage all the refurbishments in the beginning.
