You never feel cheated or dealt with unfairly - their fees and terms are extremely reasonable and you get an excellent, responsive service. I also happen to have experienced their facilities management and that's also impeccable. The team of agents is exceptionally friendly and professional - Sam, Jason, Daniel, Sarah, and others have helped us massively along the way. I'm very happy to say I see no reason to use any other estate agents in the future.
