Whitegates West Derby Estate provides excellent service. The colleague, Ms. Caitlin Suleyman, is decent and professional. It was a time of transition due to sudden departure of other colleague and she picked up the case and follow up promptly. I was frustrated with a serious issue and she and the team solved efficiently. They are always reliable and take the responsibility to facilitate between the vendor and buyer and the solicitor firm.
