Nothing prepared us for the stress, shock and horror we faced with our previous agent (Cheapmoov) who left our property in disrepair and utterly mis-managed our property. Please don't believe everything you read posted by tenants; as a landlord I'm taking exception to the claims being made by the tenant who lived at 413 Eaton Road and posted a very accusatory review. There is a dispute mechanism in place that governs return of deposits, I wonder why this tenant didn't challenge ? As a landlord, I have found Whitegates to be nothing but helpful and easy to do business with and, act as a buffer / pragmatic voice between landlord and tenant patiently and professionally.
