Sarah was so on the ball, with very prompt contact with all parties , very approachable and helpful when I was not understanding the next steps or processes. Having bought and sold through Whitegates West Derby over the last 8 years I have always found the service courteous and professional and the fees are very competitive whilst not compromising on the service. As a landlord I continue to have more than one property managed through the branch and again I have no complaints. The rare issue with tenant payments are quickly followed up and and repairs are brought to my attention quickly and they are able to draw on a wide and reputable group of contractors to fix issues. New annual property reports with description of property state and pictures are are useful addition to the service. An efficient and established agent in the area. Recommended.

Excellent service, good communication and I felt the staff went the extra mile for me. I live a long way away from the property they sold for me. They did all the viewings and kept me updated.
