I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received from Crown Estate Agents. I enquired about a shop in Kippax, but when I viewed the property, it was in a clear state of disrepair and looked nothing like the photos advertised. It was obvious that the images were outdated or inaccurate, which is very misleading. What’s even more frustrating is that I raised this and was told Michelle would call me back — however, weeks have passed and I’ve still not received any response. The lack of communication and follow-up is completely unacceptable. Overall, this experience has been unprofessional and disappointing.
