I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received from Crown Estate Agents. I enquired about a shop in Kippax, but when I viewed the property, it was in a clear state of disrepair and looked nothing like the photos advertised. It was obvious that the images were outdated or inaccurate, which is very misleading. What’s even more frustrating is that I raised this and was told Michelle would call me back — however, weeks have passed and I’ve still not received any response. The lack of communication and follow-up is completely unacceptable. Overall, this experience has been unprofessional and disappointing. Between the misleading listing and poor communication, it’s hard to trust the service being provided.

every property I in choir we've been never want to take people on benefits 50% of the tenants or probably all working people that's why they don't like people on benefits disgusting agency never wanted to help me firstwhen you sit there on the phone and trying to explain to them though required by law you need to have a reason why you do not want to take someone or benefits a landlord Qantas discriminate you because you're on benefits it is of violation of your constitution rights99% of people in the UK can't get a guarantor because they do not know have no family what this agency do not care about this there are lower their landlords to discriminate if they want to guarantor then they should provide you not you provide for one for youlike this discriminate against people on benefits if they don't like people on benefits then on your advert you do not want people on benefitsthe guy was being very augmented on the phone are inquired about the property I said look I can pay 700 pound a month the guy just want you to be rooting arrogant to meway to next month I'm gonna report into the council and saying they do not want to take me because I'm on benefits and I am going to make a report

They don’t care about tenants

Unprofessional & disappointing service. Arranged for a valuation & decided to get my house on the market with Crown as it all sounded positive. I called into the local branch & dropped off my keys so they could do my viewings. Two weeks later I’d heard nothing from them so I rang them & they were almost surprised & didn’t have any details regarding my property. No appologies, just explained they would send out the paperwork for me to sign. It never arrived. I arranged to collect my keys from the branch & they asked why!!!! Almost 3 weeks wasted. Absolutely useless company and quite shocking really how bad customer service was. I’ve since put my house up for sale with another company who are doing an amazing job.

We put a starting offer on a house in Ryhill sent all the necessary documents got an email to say they had sent an email to the vendor Telephoned them following Monday to be told she had received an email from the vendor to remove the the property off the market no more viewing’s no more offers To find out today the property was sold subject to contract We have not received any communication to say it was back on the market or we’d even been out bidded like Rhonda said she would do NOT HAPPY IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM If you could give half a star then that’s what I give them

Very bad. They just rent to anyone from any landlord. If you ask them for help, expect nothing. Just be aware, there are so many better estate agents in town, that show care and consideration on who they let to.

Happened at the Castleford branch but I can see that chris is also rude to other members of the public went in to ask him if he could ring a taxi really grumpy and rang one with attitude and then when I went back in because I was stranded in a different city he was just like you will just have to go and wait for it then completely heartless could of froze should be sacked I hope he is soon.

I had to ring multiple times to get an application, and still didn’t receive it and no apology for the terrible service.

Absolutely shocking service! Avoid at all costs. No updates & having to chase constantly, not sure what we are paying for!!! If I could do 0 star I would!!!
