I am very happy with the level of professionalism and the way in which staff handle issues and matters that need dealing with. Recently i contacted grey and co wembley central regarding a few maintenance issues at home and Mr Walid Mamuzai and Hassan Pervez have both dealt with the matters very well in terms of time efficiency as well as contacting me to ensure work has been done well and to see if i may have any other issues or problems or even requests that need dealing with. Between August 2020 and March 2024 I had my flat rented out by Grey and Co. During that time span I had interactions with numerous members of staff and while most of them were very average in their competence the one exception was Mr Dominic Celeste. No question was too stupid,no doubts too irrational or concerns too irrational. He's the only person in Grey and Co that I came across who understood that when you are dealing with a property you are also dealing with the person attached to that property. No matter how busy he was he always returned your emails or phone calls.
