Very happy with Ashtons' service, from marketing to completion. Our first prospective buyer withdrew just 2 days before exchange and Richard and the team really pulled out all the stops to get another buyer at the same (higher than expected) price so we could keep the upward chain in tact. (They remarketed at no extra cost and produced about 15 viewings within 24 hours or so! We then went under offer again in less than a week.)
