From the initial valuation, to managing the viewings and offers, providing advice on which offers to consider and then going the extra league to keep things moving when an unfortunate family event threatened to derail the entire process, they have been supportive and professional at all times.

Ashtons did a thoroughly professional job from start to finish. Richard Fossey was excellent in finding us buyers and arranging a "best and final offers" process and then immediately finding us a replacement buyer when the original fell through. Ellissa Christopher was brilliant in keeping in close contact with every link in the chain to ensure things kept moving along and ironing out any potential issues. Ashtons produced an excellent brochure and web listing including the best house tour video that I have ever seen. They quickly found a buyer, helped negotiate an acceptable price and the sale was agreed in less than a week. The sale completed in just over 3 months. All Ashtons staff involved were excellent, with a clear focus on meeting or exceeding our expectations. Especially outstanding was the sales progressor. There were difficulties in the conveyancing process but our sales progressor showed great persistence and skill in working with agents and solicitors across the whole chain and was even the primary source of information for our buyer! The chain could have collapsed at one point but for the work done by our progressor. I would definitely use Ashtons again and would (in fact already have!) recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.
