Brilliant. Sold my late father's house last year and now my own. If I was ever to sell in Herts again, I would not use any other Estate Agent. They were great from getting a sale quick for top market values (Father's house +£50K over Purple Bricks) and then progressions team were easily accessible and handled questions from all side brilliantly. Would highly recommend them if you are looking to sell in WGC or around.

Ashtons were nothing but superb, respectful and caring in a recent sale of my late parents home. I was touched by the sensitivity of Janette and her team at the Berkhamsted office (Abbey lead the viewings) and Jules with the Sales process. Ashtons felt very much like a personal service which wasn't quite matched by other agents. And when we were offered early viewings before properties went live on the website, they didn't go live until after the viewings took place. A small detail but made us feel valued - and ultimately the house we bought didn't go on the website at all. 'Early' viewings offered by other agents were live the same day. Two agents only offered properties that were over budget or out of area.

I have to say the service I have received from the team at Ashtons Welwyn Garden City and in particular Chris Hawes & Charlotte Kennedy is the best I have ever experienced . The process and of moving house was smooth throughout and the service was top class from start to finish , everything seemed effortless ! . I was informed at every step of the way and I never needed to chase , I managed to achieve everything I wanted and more !
