Ashtons Estate Agency - Welwyn Garden City

We have just purchased our first home with EweMove Beverley. Roland who did our viewing of the property was polite and knowledgeable. As first time buyers he put us at ease and answered all of our questions at the viewing. Once we had our offer accepted and the process began, Jane was very attentive and oversaw the process. We are satisfied with the service we received and can recommend them as a buyer.

I dont think Ewe move of Beverley could have done anything better, great, professional, friendly and affordable service from start to finish.

We chose Ewe move to sell on my late Mums property, this was an emotional time and decision but our first meeting with Roland on our first valuation was positive, he put everything across well and all concerns was answered. From there we have had many calls/emails with the rest of their Team including Jane, Claire and Laura, any questions/concerns were all answered swiftly and professionally. Both my Sister and myself were impressed by this company, thank you all for everything.

We are now coming to the end of our tenancy due to a section 21 notice, and Ashtons have made the whole process stress free. Ashtons have secured another house that we can rent and move in just before our eviction date. I am especially thankful to Nicole Glover (asset manager) that has helped us with making our current tenancy a pleasurable experience. She organised our various maintenance work bookings and kept our hopes up during our section 21 notice. Nicole also put in a good word for us when applying for rent in another house, which proved successful. So, thank you Nicole for your hard work. Glad to know that you will continue to work with us in the new property. I also want to thank Oliver Meadows (letting associate) in helping us apply for the rent in our next property.

I have had dealings with Ashtons for many years - initially about 19 years ago when I was buying and selling a property and for the last 9 years they have managed the letting of a flat in my behalf. All of the staff I have worked with have always been friendly, efficient and professional - I have no hesitation in recommending them, especially Nicole Glover who has been a main point of contact recently. Nicole has gone above and beyond in providing advice & assistance in a very friendly and professional way.

We had an excellent experience with Ashtons while purchasing our home. The team guided us every step of the way and were always communicative, supportive, and provided solutions whenever we had questions, which gave us great assurance throughout. Special thanks to Liz, Olivia, and Jamie, as well as Sam Ward, Niamh, Sam Voss, Jennie, and Lucy for their attentive and professional support. The professionalism and warmth of the whole team made the journey smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended! We also recently completed our tenancy with Ashtons for the property we were renting earlier. Nicole handled our vacating process — though we faced a few challenges during the move-out, she managed the situation and ensured everything was resolved smoothly. We are pleased with the overall service and continued support from the Ashtons team.

Lauren was great! Very friendly and informative. She valued my parent's home and was incredibly friendly with them as they were nervous to sell in the current market. Thank you Lauren :)

Lauren and her team have done a great job in selling our apartment ***
