The team at Ashton’s could not have made my sale / rent situation any easier and stress free, even though it was a stressful situation for me. For my sale Tom was always on hand, even with 5 hour time difference, and kept me updated on the progress throughout. An excellent team that delivered a high quality and stress-free experience. Great communication, very clear and timely, and always on the case. You feel valued as clients, not just another property on the board. They valued the house realistically (unlike certain other agencies who suggest you'll get a higher price and waste time and potential buyers waiting for the market to prove otherwise).
