I have dealt with many agents as part of my recent property search and never have I ever come across any more unprofessional and poorly organised establishment. Upon confirming my interest, I had to remind, email and asked several times to the agent (Nadia) to send me confirmation on my viewing appointment. Upon arriving at my appointment, I was left waiting in the rain for 45 minutes. When I called the office to find out where Nadia was I was told her battery had died and they were unable to contact her. It later transpired that she was waiting inside the property? This is absurd! Why would you wait inside the property when your battery is dead and not make the effort to wait for a client outside the property. It seems like this particular agent wanted a break and had no intentions to do this viewing. I still question whether the agent was there in the first instance. When I tried to query this with the practice manager, Sian, made a the number of excuses on behalf of the agent. The reality was that it is poorly run and I feel sorry for anyone that has listed their property with this unprofessional agency. Never have I ever, cross a poorly run establishment. I wasted my annual leave and my time was ruined due to the poor management of this company. Sadly, I never got to view 22 Stewart Court. Please tread carefully if you ever wish to use the services of this pathetic excuse of an agency.
Sales team were great getting me in a flat, however failed to disclose that the flat has a problem with the ventilation system. The flat was then listed for sales without informing me. I was also left without hot water after reporting the problem for about a week before the electrician were able to look at the problem. Just a disappointment, as the team seems friendly 😞
Heard a top guy from head office talking to a member of staff that she will get the sack because there have not meet targets but the economy is a a difficult state and last thing people are going to by house what a bad company
Very two faced about their lettings. We were often told one thing and then they delivered another. I expect estate agents to be a bit untrustworthy and putting their business first, that's how life works, but P&H seemed to go about it all in a particularly untrustworthy manner. I'm sure they'll figure out what I'm complaining about and reply with excuses, but it certainly won't paint the whole story.

Rented through them for over 2 years, since we moved out a month ago it’s been impossible to get in touch with them, no calls back, no responses to my emails absolutely nothing when it comes to returning the deposit back. The landlord himself had to go to the branch to get them to transfer the money back to us but all they do is lie constantly saying they’ve done it. So many other better agencies out there… Samantha Hazlett was dealing with us… she was meant to arrange the key collection on our moving out date in the morning, comes to the day before the key collection date and we still haven’t heard from her or the company they work with (while we were trying to contact Sam ourselves all week but apparently we didn’t)… reached out to the landlord and told him no one has contacted us about the key collection so he had to chase them again, few hours later I received an email saying it’s been arranged and someone will contact me, however, the landlord was told they contacted me weeks ago about it and I know exactly what’s going on… I knew we were giving the key back but not when or what time or to who until 2 hours before the key collection. Comes to the day of key collection and only at 2pm I was contacted by the external company saying they are ready to collect the key (requested a morning slot weeks prior key collection). The external company confirmed that they only received this booking when I received an email at 5pm day before the key collection saying they will be in touch with me. So Samantha was lying to the landlord about it. Now has stopped responding to my emails, calls since it’s time to return my deposit.

Never reply to our official complaints, very unhappy with letting service, so many mistakes and will not telephone us to sort. We pay for a fully managed service but need to chase daily to get things done
