Sales team were great getting me in a flat, however failed to disclose that the flat has a problem with the ventilation system. The flat was then listed for sales without informing me. I was also left without hot water after reporting the problem for about a week before the electrician were able to look at the problem. Just a disappointment, as the team seems friendly 😞

Matthew, we have to take issue with the comments you make as they are incorrect.
The fact that there was a known issue with the ventilation in the block was discussed with you at the time of the viewing and our team member spent time with you turning on the kitchen and bathrom fans to see if the problem could be re-created and it couldn't be heard.
We informed you that the landlord was thinking of selling and arranged access with you for sales valuations to be carried out. We tried on a number of occassions to reach you to inform you of the landlords decision to sell and eventually had to leave you a message informing you of this decision and asking you to contact the office.
The electrical issue was reported by you on the Sunday 30th July, you were contacted about it when we re-opened on the morning of Monday 31st and and our contractor attended to resolve the problem on Tuesday 1st August.
