I've just exchanged through Dey King and Haria and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. They always kept me informed of any issues, we had a slow vendor solicitor which adds to the stress of buying and selling but they were always badgering him to get on and do his job. In the end their hard work paid off as they kept the seller and me as the buyer happy through to exchange relatively stress free.

Susan was great. She almost single-handedly sourced the correct tenant for my property. Although I lost a month's rent, this was due to my being unsure of my move date and had I have known I could have moved at my leisure. However, the moment the tenant fell through, she immediately re-marketed the property and was extremely determined to find the correct tenant as quickly as possible, which she did. She kept me informed on a frequent basis and organised everything. There is no way I could have managed everything with her. She is always friendly and approachable and has the patience of a saint. The other members, are helpful as well.
