Dey King and Haria Estate Agents

Simply outstanding is the best way to sum up my experience. Could not have asked for a better service or result. Got really sound advice on value of the property and best approach to get the best result, which worked a treat, getting us well above the asking price. Sam Dey and the team were extremely professional - always doing what they said they would, responding to calls and emails swiftly and helped chase stuff down. Proactive, never needed me to chase them on anything. Would unreservedly recommend.

Recently completed a difficult property sale with Dey King and Haria acting as sole agents. Nothing but praise for Sam and his team from the initial marketing, through to completion. The team are friendly, approachable and offer valuable advice throughout the whole process. They worked really hard to get a difficult sale over the line, with Becky their sales progressor chasing the whole chain and providing numerous updates. They always return calls and respond in a timely manner. I'd happily recommend their services and would certainly use them again. Thanks DKH!

Very helpful and professional from the start of our Residential purchase to completion day. Always ready to help throughout the process! Brilliant service from both Rebecca and Samantha!

To be honest, I am not a great fan of estate agents, but I will always walk the talk. DKH were fantastic and they were my best experience of house moves I have ever had by a country mile. I cannot express in a small paragraph how …

We could not recommend DKH enough. They were professional, friendly and from the outset honest with us. We were buying a property listed with them and felt that despite not being their …

We had a fantastic experience with Dey King and Haria and completed our purchase in a record time (2 months). DKH and Sam made what is normally a stressful process, straight forward and painless. Sam went above and beyond what you would expect of an estate agent, even going so far as negotiating with third parties to keep things on track to meet the stamp duty increase deadline. We can’t recommend DKH enough and will definitely be using DKH for future sales, purchases and renting.
