Dey, King and Haria sold our house within a week for just under the asking price. When the pandemic broke out, I felt reassured that I was still being looked after, receiving regular phone calls and updates from my agent. Our purchase with a different agent turned out to be a nightmare, but throughout the whole experience, our agent tried every avenue to ensure that the sale went through, even though it wasn't his job! Why are Dey King and Haria so good? They understand people and put them at the heart of what they do. We have used other estate agents in the past, and they simply don't compare. We listed with this company in March, and it couldn't have been more straightforward - even through the lockdown. I cannot rate this agent and all the staff that work there, highly enough. Hi guys, I never saw better agency, lovely and friendly team. Everytime when i call them i get quick help and things getting sorted straight away. Is already 2nd year since we are with this agency, seriously i never had 1 problem, we also moved to another house 1 week ago and Ketz help us like everytime looots.. Absolutely brilliant Sam, all the team were fantastic from the word go.. 3 viewings & a sale. Another local agent had 5 times the amount of viewings & nothing but time wasting, disappointments. 110% recommend Dey King and Haria, If we ever need another estate agent we would have no hesitation using Dey King and Haria again.
