Firstly, I never usually write reviews but credit where credit’s due, DKH were fantastic during our house move. Ben is professional, knowledgeable and more importantly, you can believe what he says. You need an estate agent to tell you the truth; the good, the bad and the ugly! Lots of the other agents we had round just give you the usual flannel, that’s great but it isn’t what’s going to sell your house. On our modest house and in a very tough market, Ben secured us a whopping £65k over the asking price! Every person we had contact with at DKH was professional, nothing was too much trouble and with their advice and guidance, our house looked incredible in the sales brochure. After valuing our property, Ben immediately started spreading the word to his list of buyers- at DKH, they don’t just wait for buyers to call up, they’re proactively promoting your property. When people in the chain were starting to be stubborn about various things, it was Ben who kept the whole chain going and played peacemaker to get the job done. Without doubt, we wouldn’t be in our new home if we’d gone with someone else other than DKH.
