Having not sold or bought a property in over 25 year it was a concern to us who we should pick to market and act on our behalf in the selling of our house. From the first meeting we had with Sam Dey to the news that we had exchange his professionalism and his team totally understood our position and expectations and met every element of our needs. When it came to marketing our house it was seem less, we had scheduled appointments accompanied by Sam Dey which we had 11 viewing in one day and as this was done during the Covid pandemic full protection was observed for all the potential buyers, even when we lost our first buyer it was Sam and his dedicated team to proactively to bring in 5 potential buyers the next day of which one now turns out to be our current buyer.
