Woke up this morning to snow having settled outside only to realise that my heating was not working!! Worst nightmare! I called the DKH office and logged it on their new Fixflo maintenance reporting system. I spoke to Mikail who was very courteous, polite, professional, chatty and personable and confirmed he would personally come to the property to check the boiler and try to get the heating to work so I wouldn't have to wait. It did need Jamie to come out later in the evening to fix something to do with the flow (which I appreciate after his long day too) and I look forward to waking up and turning the heating on tomorrow! Long story so far, right? The point of it is to say how caring, professional and diligent Mikhail was to resolve the matter. He kept his word throughout - arrived after 15 minutes of being on the phone with me at approximately 10am, adjusted the boiler so it worked better and has been in touch throughout the day to confirm whether the heating was working again or not. He remained onsite at work at the DKH office until just now (10pm - yes a 12 hour day) to make sure that the heating here was restored and working before he went home. I am certain he did this for everyone who contacted him today and just want to be sure to express in writing this review just how amazing Mikail is and how much he genuinely cares.
