Strongly strongly strongly recommend to any sellers or even buyers. I have been a buyer and seller and in this instance Dey, King and Haria were representing me as a seller. The company has been very professional and brilliant from day 1. I would specificllu call out Ben who ran the pre sales process brilliantly and THREE CHEERS to Sam who handled the rather complicated and at times frustrating chain very well, SAM gets 3 of the 5 star probably for his continuous, diligent and relentless efforts. Generally you hear agencies work for sellers as that's where the money is, but I am converted in this instance. Sam and the company also respect the buyers and their situation and work out mutually agreeable solutions. I had more support from Sam who was agent at the bottom of the chain than my agents looking after the buy side. Sam was always on the ball and switched on and made sure it was in best interest of all parties to move the chain forward and bring it to exchange. Sam went to the extent of liaising with solicitors and agents at the top of the chain to ensure the deal moves ahead. This wasn't something Sam had to but he made sure his clients - buyer and seller do not suffer. I have yet to come across such a professional but modest agency who genuinely work for the clients interests and not just for money. Yes such companies do exist, Tks Dey, King and Haria
